Demands, Demands, Demands! (Part 2)

..... so after about 45 minutes of playtime i sent the 3 stooges back and went out on errands with hubby, fetching kuihs for catering, grocery shopping etc and then we had our rare 'we time' at this new place.

Oxtail Soup with Garlic Bread. Yummy!

Then at 9 p.m. I went to Melawati to deliver policy.

In the end what started off as a stressful, demanding day turned out just fine! I was able to fulfil EVERYONE's demands and expectations....son, dotty, hubby, mom, client! The day ended on a satisfying and exhausting note. Mode: HAPPY

Demands, Demands, Demands! (Part 1)

Dear Bff,

Today started off as quite a stressful  one because the productive day that i had planned didn't go as expected when dotty announced that Mommy has to fetch her from school at 2.30. OK! So all that energy I had after successfully recruiting Najwa as my new FULL-TIMER just went poof! Cancelled my plan to fetch Najwa to the office, made arrangements with Iejat to fetch her at the LRT instead then went sulking in Haikal's room half the day. Huhu! Talk about being emotionally fragile!

Then Mom texted asking whether I'd be free to take her furniture shopping before her all-ladies high-tea on 20th. Ok! Why not? Business woman kan? Flexi-hour maaa... Bila lagi nak berbakti pada ibu kan? Ok! 3 pm ya, I texted back.

Cooked a simple lunch for Haikal, took a shower then came the usual dilemma of leaving Haikal alone at home while Mommy fetched Nadia from school. Haikal wanted to eat out after hearing that Mommy will be picking up Wan after. "No! Tak sempat la Haikal." So then he decided to stay.

Baru nak keluar hubby pulak call to ask me to fetch him from the shop (his new catering business, so proud of him!) Aarghhh!!! Really felt like screaming and pulling my hair out that time! Men can really become big babies sometimes. Seriously! Again...."Mana sempat?"

So i sped off to fetch Nadia 20 minutes late. Stopped at a petrol station on the way to Ampang for her to grab a burger to eat on the way and then took Mom for her furniture shopping. So she bought 8 dining chairs which she had been eyeing during Ramadhan at RM 270 per piece. All that shopping didn't take even half hour, miraculously! (I had expected at least 2 hours) Sent Mom home and went back.

Sampai rumah teringat rindu pulak kat anak2 sedara kat tingkat bawah so Nadia and I dropped by to ask whether they want to come up and play at our place. All 3 of them eagerly followed. Hehe!
